Use of ProspectPort is governed by the following principles:

1. We take your privacy seriously; data is only shared with your permission.
2. All campaigns are executed with explicit consent of the recipients.
3. ProspectPort retains the right to pause services if abuse is detected.
4. Disputes are handled through good-faith negotiation and escalation to leadership.
